My vehicle is a 2016 model (B37 Engine), will this filter fit? No, it will not fit. The facelifted 1 Series vehicles produced after mid-2015 have a 3-cylinder B37 engine, and the oil filter is different. This product (F 026 407 123) is only for 4-cylinder N47 engines produced between 2011-2015.
How much oil does the N47 engine take? 116d vehicles with the N47 (1.6 or 2.0 liter displacement) 4-cylinder engine take approximately 5.2 Liters of engine oil with the oil filter change.
