Our website and order infrastructure are hosted in a Hetzner Online GmbH data center located in Helsinki, Finland. Your personal data (name, phone, email, delivery/billing address, order details, IP/cookie/log records) is therefore processed and stored in Finland.
Other recipients abroad
Besides hosting, the following services also involve transfers abroad:
- Twilio Inc. (USA) — delivery of WhatsApp order notifications. Transferred: name, phone number, order number and summary.
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — secure and fast delivery of the site. Transferred: IP address and technical request data.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — reply generation by the chat assistant. Transferred: the content of the message you write to us and conversation history.
- Sentry (European Union) — detection of technical errors. Transferred: error records and IP address.
Your payment card number is not included in any transfer; card data is processed solely by the payment institution PayTR.
About the legal basis
The permanent basis for these transfers is the Standard Contract mechanism announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Our Company is in the process of establishing these contracts with the relevant providers and will notify the Board within five business days following signature. Until these safeguards take effect, your explicit consent below is obtained as an additional transparency and protection measure.
I give my explicit consent to the transfer abroad, within the meaning of Article 9 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), of my personal data listed above to the stated recipients for the stated purposes — Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland) for hosting, Twilio Inc. (USA) for messaging, Cloudflare Inc. (USA) for content delivery and security, OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) for the AI-assisted customer assistant, and Sentry (European Union) for error logging.
