Application of the Relevant Person Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/internationally, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, to request deletion/destruction, to request notification of correction/deletion processes to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Application Methods

- KEP: To [email protected] with a secure electronic signature
- Registered email: From your previously registered email address in our system to [email protected]
Note: Applications made by phone are not a valid application channel according to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; the phone is only for general communication.
Required Information in Your Application
- Name, surname, and signature if the application is written,
- For Turkish citizens, T.C. identity number, for foreigners, nationality/passport number,
- Address of residence or workplace for notification purposes,
- If available, email address for notification, phone, and fax number,
- Subject of the request.
Response Time
Your applications will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of your request; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Board.
