1. SUBJECT
The subject of this Pre-Information Form is to inform the BUYER about the sale and delivery of the product/products sold by the SELLER to the ORDERER/BUYER, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
By approving this Pre-Information Form, the BUYER agrees that if they confirm the order, they will be obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees such as shipping, taxes, etc.

4. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
4.1. Product Information
The basic characteristics of the goods/products (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are available on the SELLER's website.
4.2. Price Information
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated.

The shipping fee, which is the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the BUYER unless otherwise explicitly stated.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment, and delivery, and confirms it electronically.
5.2. Delivery Time
The products subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days.
5.3. Equivalent Product
The SELLER may supply an equivalent product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining their approval.
5.4. Impossibility of Performance
If the supply of the ordered product becomes impossible, the SELLER will inform the BUYER within 3 days and refund the collected amount within 14 days.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY (PRE-INFORMATION)
The SELLER does not accept product exchanges.
Exchange requests are not accepted; the process is carried out as "return + new order."
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is available only by credit/debit card (PayTR) or bank transfer/EFT. Cash on delivery and deposit/prepayment are not offered.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. Period
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
8.2. Method of Withdrawal (Return) Application
Withdrawal/return requests are made through the user panel.
8.3. Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping cost for the product to be returned under the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
8.4. Return Address
The return address is fixed and does not change.
9. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED (SUMMARY)
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Products prepared according to the consumer's request/personal needs,
Products whose packaging has been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons,
Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,
Digital content and certain consumables,
Products that have been installed/used/attached to a vehicle,
Installed electronic products (except for defective goods).
10. WRONG PRODUCT / WRONG ORDER
If the SELLER sends the wrong product, returns are accepted.
If the BUYER places a wrong order, returns are possible within 14 days under the right of withdrawal; the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the BUYER.
11. APPLICATION AND CONTACT
The consumer can communicate their requests, complaints, and objections to the SELLER through the following channels:

12. EFFECTIVENESS AND BINDINGNESS
This Pre-Information Form comes into effect at the moment it is approved electronically by the BUYER and is applied as an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.
