A Disappointing Shopping Experience I contacted a shop by phone to purchase a beautiful grey floor mat for my BMW E36. I was told the product was in stock, so I traveled from Eyüpsultan to the Bostancı Industrial Zone. However, upon arrival, I discovered the mat was compatible with a BMW E46, not the E36. When I pointed this out, they stated that the product had been sold to E36 owners before without any problems.
