This listing is solely for the guiding grill (vent) located on the right side of the center ventilation panel. The outer frame and left grill are not included with this product. If your frame is also broken, you need to look for integrated products sold as "Complete Center Ventilation Panel."
Are the left (driver) grill and right (passenger) grill the same, can they be interchanged? Absolutely not. E90 center console ventilation grills are asymmetric; the outer curves of the left and right grills and their angles for fitting into the outer frame are different. If only your right side is broken, you must purchase this product referenced for the right side.
