The most important point to consider during the installation of the valve cover gasket is the cleanliness of the installation area. Old gasket remnants should be cleaned, and the new gasket should be properly placed. Additionally, installation should be done with attention to torque specifications. Since this gasket ensures engine sealing, it is recommended to check it during oil changes. As it is a part that should be replaced along with other engine components, it would be beneficial to check it together with the oil filter and oil change.
