This is a BRAXIS (AE1090) brand Sport (Drilled) brake disc set specially developed for the front brake system of Mercedes-Benz C-Class W205 (2014-2021) vehicles. The precisely machined holes on the surface (Cross-Drilled) allow for the immediate release of gas and dust that forms between the brake pad and disc during braking. This not only shortens the braking distance but also gives your vehicle an AMG look. Its high carbon alloy structure provides extra resistance to heat and bending.

  • Sport Performance (Drilled): The drilled surface design allows for faster heat dissipation from the disc and minimizes the "Brake Fade" phenomenon.
  • Rain Performance: In rainy weather, the holes quickly break the water film on the disc surface, providing a safer grip.
  • Ventilated: It has a ventilated structure thanks to the air channels between the two plates.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I install this if my car has normal (flat) discs? You can install it if the diameter (mm) and thickness of the disc are the same as those on your vehicle. However, there are very different disc diameters in W205s. If the diameter matches, it can be used as a visual and performance upgrade. Please measure the diameter.
Can I use my old brake pads? Absolutely NOT. New brake pads must be used when installing new brake discs. Old pads can scratch the new disc due to surface form degradation and cause noise (squeaking).
Why should I prefer drilled discs? Drilled discs provide better cooling, prevent brake fade, and give your vehicle a sporty appearance. They are especially more stable than standard discs in situations where frequent braking occurs.
