Can I install this on the right side? **ABSOLUTELY NOT.** The curves and joint angles of the front tie rods (Z rods) in BMW E90 chassis are asymmetric. The slope of the right side is different. Forcing this product onto the right side will cause the rod to rub against the shock absorber and break when you turn the steering wheel.
Is it okay to just replace the left side? It is possible, but for the suspension components (especially those connected to the sway bar) to have equal flex and wear, it is best and most durable to replace them **as a set (Left and Right)**. If one is worn out, the other is likely nearing the end of its life as well.
Does it come with a nut? Yes, most FEBI boxes come with new "fiber (self-locking)" mounting nuts attached to the product. You won't have to deal with worn-out and stripped nuts.
