What you should know
- You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, and also before delivery.
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice without delay.
- You must send the goods back within 10 days of your notice.
- We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch.
- If you use the carrier we specify, no additional shipping cost is charged to you.
- Opening the packaging alone does not void your right of withdrawal.
