Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will it melt again? No. The "Soft Touch" coating on original parts chemically reacts over time and melts. This product, made from improved ABS/PC material, will not melt or stick for a lifetime.
Is installation easy? The door panels (cards) need to be removed for installation. If you are handy, you can do it yourself, but it is recommended to have it installed by an upholsterer or service.
Will the color tone match? The product is manufactured according to BMW's standard Beige (Oyster) color code. However, depending on the age of your vehicle, your existing upholstery may have become dirty or faded from the sun, in which case a very slight color difference is normal.
